@bendover Said I seen on the news this morning that areas along the West Coast of America are experiencing severe flooding with dams in danger of being breached by the high water.
Experts are putting this extreme weather down to the increased sea temperature.
British media are linking the extreme weather (last years hurricane season etc) being experienced by America with the Global warming effect but report that the US media are just putting it down to an normal peak in world temperatures.
I'm reminded of the ostrich who puts his head in the sand if there is something he doesn't want to see.
When is the US Administration going to wake up and smell the roses?
As long as the dollar is supreme in all matters, people will suffer; especially those with few dollars.
Flooding is also occuring on the east coast of America with Washington D.C. resembling New Orleans after Katrina.
The earth is a balance of forces of nature. When man disturbs those forces with his wise ideas, the results are predictable.
Man seeks to dominate other men; the results are war. Man seeks unjust gain; the results are economic upheaval.
There are many who grieve over these things. Perhaps we are witnessing the wisdom of nature overcoming the wisdom of man.
Unless those ruining the earth change their ways, it is likely that the few that survive will end up living much like the American Indian did at the arrival of European migrants. Not a bad prospect at all.
