Dumb b--- finally woke up

Britney Spears has filed a petition for divorce from Kevin Federline. Spears filed legal papers today in Los Angeles County Superior Court, citing ?irreconcilable differences.? In her petition, Spears asks for both legal and physical custody of the couple?s two children, one-year old Sean Preston and two-month old Jayden James, with Federline getting reasonable visitation rights.
The two have been married since 2004. Their prenup is said to be iron clad and Britney is waiving her right for spousal support, of course. Britney gave the date of separation as November 6, 2006. Britney famously appeared in her new body on David Letterman that night.

Britney has hired Laura Wasser as her lawyer. Wasser has defended Angelina Jolie and Nick Lachey.



Oh well I dont feel bad for her.She knew how he was before they married.

You know what has happened here, she's just another silly person who thought having another child would strengthen their relationship if it was bad before the child came along then she really should have kept her legs closed. Still she's better off without him and i think she will get the last laugh. Good on her to, i like her

wow shockhorror. She couldn't keep her a*****e, idiot, d***head of a husband. Man that guy pisses me off. It's like he wakes up in the morning and asks himself "Now what is the best way to look like I just rolled out of bed after a week without sleep, drinking only strong alchahol, and smoking at least 3 kilos of pot per day"... Then says those personal hygiene things, like showering for one... maybe I should just stop doing them".
