Mother may be forced to give up disabled child

Here's one promise that David Cameron has broken big-style. Riven Vincent was promised by Cameron that the NHS and by extension the care of her disabled daughter Celyn would be safe in his hands but Riven recently posted on Mumsnet that she may be forced to put her daughter into care. Celyn needs 24-hour care but her family only recieves 6-hours of help in a week, less than one hour a day. After contacting social services to ask if there was more help available, Ms Vincent has concluded that her only option is to put her daughter into care. This is really sad.
