are 'bad' guys more fun?

i personnaly don't like bad boys or nice boys. i like boys! if i get to like a bad boy, good for me! if i get to like a nice boy, good for me again! for me, it doesn't matter if the guy is bad or nice, it only matters i like him, the way he is.

There was an experiment with women about how guys choose who they flirt with. Personality plays a big part in it.

They had 2 women, one who was average looking, and one who was a model. They wore the same clothes, to make sure it was even, the only difference was the face. Then they had the model be very "un flirty. not rejecting, but no smiling, no eye contact, arms crossed against chest, etc., and they had the average looking woman make a point of smiling a lot, and exagerating flirty-type behavior, eg; flipping hair, laughing, smiling, eye contact, sitting up straight, no "closed" body language, like crossed arms, or slouching or any of that. By the end of the night, the model was completely alone, and the average looking girl had about 10 guys around her. She was the most popular girl in the bar!

wow, that's pretty interesting. I hadn't heard of that study. I guess it makes sense though... the guys were looking for the shortest path to a bed

I wonder what would happen if they reversed who was flirty. cuz they say guys are shyer about approaching women who are... really, really good looking

another interesting experiment:

They had a nice looking girl stopped on the side of the road with her hood up, like the car was broken down. The girl was standing next to the car, so it was obvious she was stuck.

In one case, they had her stand there with her arms crossed, looking down, not smiling. No one stopped to help her.

Case two, she was standing with her arms at her sides, standing up straight, and a maintaining a pleasant look on her face. 5 guys pulled over to help her.

in Both cases she wore the exact same outfit, the only difference was her body language.

well, in the beginning, the model had more guys around her, but as the night progressed, the model was abandonned, and the average girl was crowded.

There was another study like that except looking at men vs. women. When the person with the flat was a guy nobody stopped and when it was a girl a bunch of people did

i've only gone out with one that i've personally considered a "bad" guy, but we had way too much in common and after a while i sorta saw that i was dating my best friend (not anymore), and i found a guy that was WAY better to me.

I don't know if I like bad guys or nice guys.
I guess bad guys can be more fun to hang out with sometimes.
