Open or Closed

Do you sleep with your window open or closed?

I have my window open when I sleep, whether it is summer, winter, blizardous outside or completely clear skyed. Always have, I can't sleep in rooms with closed windows.

What about you?

Closed because it keeps the heat or air conditioning in

Closed because I get paranoid about moths and spiders getting in.

Depends; in the summer, closed, unless it's cool enough to have them open..and vice versa for the winter time.

Always have at least one window open all year round.

I can lie in my bed, absolutely frozen stiff, but refuse to close my window.

Usually open. Though I hate insects flying in. grr.

I like mine open for my breathing. I have sinusitis and in my head it makes sense that if the window is opened I'm getting fresh air which I'm not. Now it depends on how cold, hot, humid it is. I don't have to worry about bugs because we have screens on all our windows and they'd have to be pretty teenie insects to get in.

But! I can't have a blanket over my head because I panic and think I can't breathe. Don't know if that's a phobia or not!

Put screens up on your windows!
